RealTruck engineered the FlushFit TS around twin synchronized motors that drive the cover evenly from both sides, so it tracks true and stays quiet even after years of use. The interlocking aluminum slats are knife-proof and built to hold 330 lbs. distributed on top, so you can stack cargo, throw a load of mulch in the bed, or mount a rack system on the integrated T-slot rails without worrying about the cover flexing. The fully flush, below-the-rails fit is the cleanest look in the retractable category—no bulky canister sitting above the bed line.
RealTruck tested the FlushFit TS from -40° to 180°F and zero to 95% humidity, so it is built to handle Phoenix summers and the occasional Alaska cold snap. A four-point water management system built into the side rails deflects rain out of the bed, and integrated LED bed lights fire up the moment the cover starts to open—handy when you are loading gear before sunrise or after a late shift. The tight-roll compact canister keeps cargo space loss to a minimum, and the automatic stop sensor lets you secure mixed loads by stopping the cover at any point without damaging the cargo underneath.
Installation runs about two hours and is largely a set-align-tighten job with minor wiring for the motors—RealTruck calls it a Level 3 (moderate) install with professional installation optional.
