The RealTruck Extang Trifecta Signature 2.0 is the soft folding tonneau cover that doesn’t cut corners. Extang took everything proven in the Trifecta 2.0 and rebuilt it with premium materials throughout—heavy-duty leather-grain canvas top, aircraft-grade aluminum frame with textured-black EnduraCoat finish, and the patented corner-tuck system that keeps the cover looking tight after years of Phoenix sun. For Phoenix and Peoria truck owners who want a soft folding cover with hard-folding-class refinement, the Signature 2.0 sits at the top of Extang’s lineup.
The frame uses the same MaxHinges double-pivot design as the standard Trifecta 2.0, but the upgraded canvas tarp adds a heavier thread count and improved tarp tension for a sleeker appearance in any climate. The EnduraCoat finish on the aluminum frame resists UV fade and the kind of road rash that comes from years of highway driving. The corner-tuck system wraps the canvas around the aluminum frame edge and locks it in place, eliminating the wrinkle or sag you see on cheaper folding covers.
Operation is identical to the Trifecta 2.0: spring-loaded Jaw-Grip clamps release the rear panel in one motion. Fold forward against the cab for 2/3 bed access. Remove in seconds by loosening the front clamps—no tools, no drilling. The Signature 2.0 ships with the same triple-fin perimeter seal, tested from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and 0 to 95% humidity. Translation: same weatherproofing as the rest of the Trifecta line, with premium materials on top.
Where the Signature 2.0 separates itself is the warranty: Extang backs it with an industry-exclusive Limited Lifetime warranty, even on the canvas. RealTruck assembles the cover in the USA, and the Limited Lifetime coverage applies to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
